Steven Baruch

Steven Baruch has been a producing partner with Tom Viertel, Richard Frankel and Marc Routh for the last twenty years.

A graduate (Magna cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa in his junior year) of Yale University, Mr. Baruch regularly serves as a guest speaker at theatrical seminars and panels and has lectured on theatrical producing at Yale and at other colleges around the country.

In addition to his theatrical activities Mr. Baruch has 49 years experience in the development, ownership and management of commercial real estate. He is the Executive Vice President of Presidential Realty Corporation—a publicly traded real estate investment company whose stock is listed on the American Stock Exchange.
